Yaad City Hotel, Marrakesh

The hotel is conveniently located at the "frontier" between the old and the new town, offering easy access to the Jardins de Majorelle within a five-minute walk. The rooms, although dated and poorly lit, provide basic amenities like a safe, TV, and bathtub. The service is generally good, with attentive staff, although receipts may not always be provided. The dining options are varied, especially during breakfast, making it a solid choice. Despite some issues with room conditions like a flooded shower and unpleasant smells, the location and value for money are definite highlights of this hotel.

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had amenities like a smart TV and a fridge, but the noise from outside could be bothersome for light sleepers. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location was convenient, close to attractions and restaurants, with helpful staff members like Mohammed and Faisal. The dining experience was good and varied, although not exceptional. The facilities were adequate, providing a comfortable stay at a fair price.

I was delighted with the central location of the hotel, just a short walk from all the shops and sights. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Anwar, Adnan, Faisal, Majda, and Shaima, but there were some concerns about hygiene practices.
